1. The service
Retrofit Radar supplies data feeds and enquiry services that help certified installers find and win energy-efficiency work in privately rented properties that must reach EPC C by October 2030.
2. Subscriptions and refunds
- Feeds bill monthly and can be cancelled any time from the payment portal.
- Territory Feed and Full-Address Feed: if your first month isn't useful, reply to your receipt within 30 days for a full refund.
- Qualified Enquiry (£40): delivered within 21 days or automatically refunded in full.
3. Data licence terms — please read before using the Full-Address Feed
Our data derives from the Energy Performance of Buildings register. Address data within it contains intellectual property of Ordnance Survey and Royal Mail Group Limited, who permit its use solely for specific purposes related to the energy performance of buildings, including:
- "the effective management of properties in the private or public sector with a view to promoting energy efficiency", and
- "promoting and marketing energy efficiency improvements that may be made through a government energy efficiency programme or initiative" (for example the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and Warm Homes Plan).
By subscribing to the Full-Address Feed you agree that:
- You will use address data only for the purposes above — marketing and delivering energy-efficiency improvements to the properties listed;
- You will not resell, republish, or share the address data with any third party;
- You will retain the copyright notice below in any copy you make of the data;
- On cancellation you will delete address data supplied under your subscription.

Aggregate (postcode-sector level) data in the Territory Feed and free snapshots is supplied under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
4. Accuracy
Ratings and recommended measures reflect each property's most recent energy performance certificate at the time of the monthly refresh. A certificate can predate improvements made to the property since its assessment.
